Me and my now fiancée visited the Edinburgh store in April while on holiday. Kevin took great care of us and showed us a wide array of options for engagement rings, explained everything we wanted to know about lab vs natural, diamond certifications, cuts, colour etc., it was a fantastic experience! I called Kevin to arrange for a ring to be made and sent to London, and his service was impeccable throughout. He sourced the very best diamond within my budget, and was very responsive, answering emails at off hours (11pm on a Sunday as I recall!). He really went the extra mile and that is something I truly appreciated. The ring looks fantastic and has been the source of a lot of praise! Thanks Kevin!

I can’t thank Kevin enough for all of his help and advice when picking out an engagement ring. His in depth knowledge made choosing a ring much easier, and he couldn’t have done enough to help. His communication throughout the purchase of the ring was perfect. He consistently kept me up to date with the progress, spoke me through each step of my purchase and answered every question I had - putting my mind at ease. The all round experience of Rox was enhanced by Kevin, he really epitomised what buying an engagement ring was all about. He was patient, knowledgeable, reassuring and true to his word throughout. Fantastic service at ROX in Edinburgh. Chelsea and Archie were amazing and very supportive when choosing a ring for proposing to my partner! Couldn’t have done it without them! The ring was a little too big for my partner and their amazing service came to the help again in sorting it out! If you are looking to find a ring or jewellery then this is the place to get it!! A huge thank you to Natasha for the amazing service received in the Hublot Boutique. From chatting on the phone about the watches I was interested in Natasha then sent me over photos and booked an appointment for me, nothing was a bother. I had an excellent experience at Edinburgh ROX the 3 times I visited the shop. Very friendly and welcoming. Wiktoria especially made me feel relaxed and at ease. Very knowledgeable about Diamonds and explained the Cs really well. Helped with questions I had and offered an unbiased opinion. Also gave me great confidence in my purchase, insurance and my proposal idea…. Would absolutely recommend ROX.

Lauren was brilliant the first time I visited and also today. Extremely friendly and ensures the visit was comfortable. The detail and explanation into your products is second to none. Although there was some delays with V12! Lauren kept checking in and assuring everything was okay. Out with Lauren her other colleague was very polite and friendly. Great team I must say!
